Coach to Change is designed to allow for one to one mentorship and small community workshops.

In this programme type, we would usually consult with an individual or small group of people, usually to ascertain for ourselves what their change needs might be. We then go on to assign a specialist on the particular need to the individual or group to work with them to achieve positive change.
